SAFETY GUIDELINES

CLEARWATER JAZZ HOLIDAY FOUNDATION WILL UPDATE ITS SAFETY GUIDELINES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. ATTENDEES ARE ASKED TO FOLLOW ALL SAFETY PROTOCOLS POSTED AT CLEARWATERJAZZ.COM, COMMUMICATED VIA EMAIL AND POSTED AT THE EVENT.

SO EVERYONE CAN SAFELY ENJOY THE FESTIVAL, PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING SAFETY & EVENT PROTOCOLS AND OTHER INFORMATION:

ANIMALS

Animals are not allowed in the ballpark, with the exception of special events and service animals.

ATM

ATM's are located on the first and third base side of the main concourse. We strongly encourage touchless electronic transactions.

BAGS

To expedite entry, guests are prohibited from bringing bags and backpacks to the ballpark. Only single compartment purses, medical bags and diaper bags will be permitted. Approved bags can be no larger than 16"x16"x8" and will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations. Guests may discard or return the prohibited items to their vehicle. The Phillies reserve the right to search any and all bags entering the ballpark.

BERM SEATING

General Admission Stadium seating has access to roam the stadium and take advantage of a variety of first-come, first-served sitting and viewing areas including the grass outfield berm behind the stage, the Tiki Bar, and various concourse high-tops and picnic tables. Blankets are permitted to be brought into the park for berm seating and for the General Admission Infield Area. Chairs, folding chairs, camp chairs, and the like, are not permitted to be brought into the park.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Customer Service window is located on the first base side of the main concourse behind Section 106. Guests can report problems and check for lost and found items at this location.

DIRECTIONS

From Tampa: Highway 60 ( Courtney Campbell Causeway ) West. Go under Highway 19 and go to the next stoplight
( Old Coachman Road ) . Turn right ( North ) at Old Coachman Road. Go North through the Drew Street intersection. Stadium will be on right. 601 N. Old Coachman Road.

From the North: U.S. Highway 19 South to N.E. Coachman Road ( State Road 590 ) . Turn right ( West ) onto N.E. Coachman Road and go to the first stoplight. Turn left ( South ) onto Old Coachman Road. Stadium will be on the left. 601 N. Old Coachman Road.

From the South: U.S. Highway 19 North to Gulf to Bay Blvd. ( Highway 60 ) . Exit Highway 19 at the Gulf to Bay/Highway 60 exit. After exiting, turn left ( West ) onto Gulf to Bay/Highway 60 and go to the next stoplight ( Old Coachman Road ) . Turn right ( North ) onto Old Coachman Road. Go North through the Drew Street intersection. Stadium will be on right. 601 N. Old Coachman Road.

From the West/Clearwater Beach: Drew Street East approximately 3.5 miles to Old Coachman Road. Turn left ( North ) onto Old Coachman Road. Stadium will be on the right. 601 N. Old Coachman Road.

FIRST AID

The First Aid office is located on the first base side of the main concourse. Guests can either report to this office or contact an usher if in need of medical assistance. If you suspect you are ill or reside with someone who is ill with flu-like symptoms, please do not attend the festival.

FOOD AND DRINK POLICY

No food, bottles, coolers or cans may be brought into the ballpark. The Phillies/Threshers reserve the right to search any medical or diaper bags entering the ballpark.

GATES OPEN

Ballpark gates will open 15 minutes to 1/2 hour prior to scheduled aritst each day.

ACCESSIBILITY

Accessible seating is available in the ballpark and available through ClearwaterJazz.com. An Accessible entrance ramp for GA attendees is located through the West Gate Entrance. For Suite access, an elevator is located on the first base side of the stadium ( South Parking
Lot ) . Drop-off is available on the West Side of the ballpark ( no elevator access here ) with parking located on the Southside of the ballfield. Please contact an usher for assistance entering and exiting the ballpark.

MASKS/FACE COVERINGS

Clearwater Jazz Holiday will follow the face mask rules/regulations that are set forth for outdoor events by Baycare Ballpark and the City of Clearwater. For any of the ticketed areas that are located indoors “suites / hospitality areas” the Foundation will follow the indoor guidelines set by Baycare Ballpark and the City of Clearwater. CJH will update its Safety Guidelines throughout the year.

METAL DETECTORS

All guests are subject to search and metal detection screening (walk-through units and/or handheld wands ) before gaining access to the ballpark. To expedite ballpark entry it is only necessary to remove large metal objects prior. Cell phones, coins, watches, and belts do not have to be removed and bags will always be inspected. A supervisor should be notified if a guest does not wish to walk through a metal detector. Guests with pacemakers should never be hand-wanded. Strollers and wheelchairs will be directed for visual inspection. Guests are encouraged to take prohibited items back to their vehicle. Items left at the gates are not the responsibility of event organizers.

PARKING

Parking for Clearwater Jazz Holiday is $20 for cars. Bistro/Executive Suites along with ADA parking is located in the South lot ( D ) , off of Drew St. and US 19. General parking is in the grass lot off of Old Coachman Rd. in front of the West gate of the ballpark ( B ) , at the Carpenter Complex north of the park on Old Coachman Rd. ( A ) , and at the Joe DiMaggio Complex at the North/West corner of Drew St. and Old Coachman Rd. ( C ) For more information Click Here

RIDE-HAILING ( UBER, LYFT )

All guests using a ride-hailing service such as Uber or Lyft are asked to use the designated pickup/dropoff area located in the South Parking Lot at the corner of US19 and Drew St. Signage will be in place and the area will be geofenced.

SAFETY

Hand sanitizer stations will be available. If you need an attendant with cleaning supplies, please ask the staff. While we are committed to providing a clean and safe environment, it is impossible to eliminate all health risk in any location so please use discretion.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in most areas of the ballpark. Special smoking sections are marked. Smoking is permitted only on the concourse bridge by the right field foul pole and the Tiki Pavilion in left field.

TEAM STORE & CLEARWATER JAZZ HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE

The Threshers Team Store, Diamond Outfitters, is located next to the ballpark's west entry, and features hats, apparel and collectibles to satisfy Threshers fans of all ages. Clearwater Jazz Holiday Merchandise will be available during this year's festival and located just outside of Diamond Outfitters and is also available 24 hours a day on-line at ClearwaterJazz.com

TICKET OFFICE HOURS

The Main Ticket office located near the west entry will be open 1 hour before Gates each day.

TIKI PAVILION

The Frenchy's Tiki Pavilion is located beyond the left field wall. It features a variety of mixed drinks, beer and wine for guests 21 and over. Seats in this section are first-come, first-serve during Clearwater Jazz Holiday.

VIP HOSPITALITY

CJH Corporate Partners and High Note Society Members enjoy a VIP Hospitality Area, located on the field, and can take advantage of VIP amenities, purchasing food and beverage from the general food vendors and executive style restrooms.

WEAPONS

Firearms, weapons, knives, tasers and other dangerous or hazardous devices or substances (collectively "weapons" ) are prohibited at BayCare Ballpark, unless carried by an on-duty police officer or otherwise expressly approved by The Threshers. Anyone bringing such a weapon to the premises must return it to their vehicle immediately.
