Reserved Seating Area on the large green. The event supports the rights and attendance of all persons with disabilities that rely on the special skills of a trained service animal to access the Reserved Seating Area. The event does not support pets being misrepresented by their owners as service animals, when they are not. Florida law defines a service animal as “any dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. A miniature horse must be no more than 38 inches in height and no more than 100 pounds in weight. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler’s disability.” Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore are not allowed. Please note that all service dogs and miniature horses, including those from out of state are required to have a valid rabies certificate. Please email info@clearwaterjazz.com or call 727-461-5200 for special accommodations in the Reserved Seating Area.

While in Coachman Park during the Clearwater Jazz Holiday, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or always tethered, unless special circumstances exist. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees or whose animal is not house broken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

Can I purchase ADA accessible seating in the reserved seating area?

ADA tickets in every price range are available for purchase by calling the ETIX box office 1-800-514-3849 to place an order. Please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets. We strive to ensure that all of our guests have a great experience. If you need additional assistance while you are at the festival, please make sure you let us know by asking a festival volunteer or staff member.
