Thank you for your interest in submitting your music for consideration of the Clearwater Jazz Holiday. The event takes place the third weekend in October each year and artist's submissions are accepted year round. In order to be considered, all submissions and EPK's must include the following:
1 - Current photo(s) of artist/group in jpeg format
2 - Audio CD - this can include clips from several cd's or the full length latest release
3 - Video link (youtube, myspace etc.) or DVD of most recent performance reflecting the style of show that will be presented at our festival
4 - Bio information
5 - Any other relevant information or other festivals recently booked
6 - Information must be received before June 1 for consideration in this years event
