What do volunteers do?
Volunteers help in many areas! Merchandise, Food & Beverage,
Ticketing, Hospitality, and Ambassadors are just a few examples.
Volunteers are also needed for event setup and breakdown.
How long do volunteer shifts last?
Volunteer shifts average about four hours.
How old do I have to be to volunteer?
The minimum age is 16. Younger volunteers are welcome,
but we ask that they help alongside Mom or Dad.
how DO I REGISTER to volunteer?
Clearwater Jazz Holiday 2026 is October 15-18. Please register now by
logging into the CJH Volunteer Portal and creating a username and password.
You’ll be notified when shift schedules open – usually summer
when you will manage your shift dates and times.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfort is key! Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for an active day outdoors
shorts, a t-shirt or whatever you feel best in. We recommend bringing a
light sweater or jacket, as the evenings can be cool.
You will wear your CJH volunteer t-shirt during your shift(s ) .
When do I check in?
Please report to the Volunteer Check-In Area located
on the corner of Cleveland Street & Osceola Avenue at least 30 minutes before your shift.
how DO CHANGE MY VOLUNTEER TIME?
Once registered, and shifts are selected later this summer,
you may log in when convenient up to the festival to change shifts.
After October 12th no changes can be made to online schedules.
